N.P. Kozlov (b. 1929) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1954. D. Sc. (Eng.), professor, head of department in the Research Institute for Power Machinery of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, winner of the USSR State Prize and Prize of Council of Ministers of the USSR, honoured worker of science and technology of the RF, academician of Academy of medical-and-technical sciences of the RF and Academy of problems of security, defense and law-and-order of the RF. Author of over 350 publications and inventions in the field of physics and technology of low-temperature plasma.
