The paper discusses the problem of transferring an obsolete spacecraft to a preset long-term disposal orbit (25 years). Circular and elliptic disposal orbits evolution is studied. The findings allow choosing a required disposal orbit considering the conflicting criteria: the transfer to an elliptic orbit needs less fuel consumption, but the transfer to a circular orbit moves an obsolete spacecraft more rapidly out of the area of functioning spacecrafts. High-precision calculation algorithms for parameters of both the disposal orbits and maneuvers, which transfer a spacecraft to these orbits, are presented. The numerical and analytical THEONA integrator is used to predict movements within a long time span. It allows reducing twice or thrice the computation time while keeping the same accuracy of the numerical integration.
