The thermoelectronic valve phenomenon is examined. The experimental results testify to the existence and interaction of two meeting quasi-free electron fluxes, providing heat and electric current transfer in metal, which resulted in change of the cold metal state. The thin metallic film exploded when the current density increased to (1,32...8,04)·109 A/m2.
