The algorithm and results of numerical solution of the problem of a gas mixture spherical deflagration subject to the finiteness of the chemical reaction zone width outside the flame front, are considered. The analysis of the main parameters of deflagration and of the forming air shock wave is performed for various values of the reaction zone width; influence of these values on the process characteristics is stated.
