The description of transform functions for parameters and their derivatives serves as a mathematical base of the metrological simulation of the data and measurement channel. The planning of experiment that provides reaching the required accuracy of reconstruction of not the function only but its derivatives as well is considered from the point of obtaining and processing empirical and virtual data.
