Main Factors of Danger of Man-Caused Crashes and Protective Activities for Enterprises of Mechanical Engineering Complex

It is shown that one of the most important factors of protective activities for lowering of quantity of injured in man-caused crashes is time of evacuation out of an area affected by striking factors. Time parameters of dynamics of chemical crash development including striking factors are analyzed. Main constituents are determined of the time necessary for implementing protective activities and urgent evacuation of people out of the dangerous area.
