Dissipative model of the turbulent break-off streams

The calculation method for supersonic turbulent break-off streams, based on the principle of entropy producing minimum, on the relationships of irreversible process thermodynamics and on an integral energy equation for viscous gas, is worked out. This method application case is illustrated by calculation the stream parameters in the bottom area.
