A new krypton and xenon of high quality producing plant was set up to industrial exploitation in Moscow in 1994. Technology of krypton-xenon mixture separation and producing of krypton and xenon is based on low temperature distillation, adsorption purification and catalyst burning-up processes. Productivity of the plant is 10 ... 15 cubic meters of mixture per hour. The purity of produced products is 99.9996% and higher.
