The report deals with the mechanical properties of nanofibers, nanorods and mechanical properties of structured graphene materials with cylindrical orthogonal anisotropy. Effective characteristics are introduced for fibers from such graphene materials which, if under tension and compression, could be used to evaluate mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced composite materials.
