For the case of a non-equilibrium situation that corresponds to solidification of metals and alloys, we suggest a new principle of taking into account the changes in parameters that define the thermodynamic state of the substances reacting in the alloy during a phase transition from disorder to new regular structures. We detected a concept leading to the possibility of developing new technologies capable of contributing significantly to creating complex materials that satisfy various requirements
