Peculiarities of channel guide vane operation within a power freon turbine, are analyzed. The results of numerical modeling of flow in the channels of turbine wheel space are presented for operation modes with large expansion rates. Evaluation of the channel roughness influence on major efficiency parameters of the guide vane operation at various boundary conditions, is performed. Conclusion is drawn of expediency to apply channel guide vane for power turbomachines operating on freon.
