The study deals with the problem of discharging natural gas from a cross-country gas pipeline section under repair. We present examples of solving this problem by means of developing mobile compressor stations. We propose our own design of a mobile compressor station. We supply a mathematical model of discharging the gas in order to perform initial analysis of the design proposed
