Output characteristics of the molecular and viscous pump with a horizontal position of the pump working disc are given. An optimal relationship of parameters is determined to achieve the most fast pump operation. Dependences of the axial displacement of the pump working disc and the pump operating characteristics on the rotor rotation frequency are given.
