The metal deformation at screw rolling is realized with the blank slipping motion relative to rollers. The slippage occurs due to inconsistency between a speed of the blank screw displacement in the deformation area and a rotation speed of rollers. The mill output, energy consumption for manufacturing and providing the quality of metal products, as well as other technical and economical factors depend on slippage value. Usually, in screw rolling, a speed of the blank displacement is less than a speed of rollers and, in this case, with the slippage growth these factors will worsen. At the same time, a technical possibility to decrease the slippage by changing technological parameters of deformation in rolling at the mill is extremely negligible.
