Thermodynamic analysis is carried out for two-stage carbo-thermal process of silicon production for solar batteries. This method capability is substantiated. It is shown that reduced pressure is advisable for the process first stage. The first stage parameters are experimentally determined; recommendations for realization of the process second stage (silica SiCo reduction) are formulated.
