Dynamic problems in plastic metal working

A method and software programs to calculate some technological procedures of the press-shop production where the strain rate makes more than 1000 1/s, are developed. The calculation is performed in the elastic-plastic zone taking into account both dynamic resistance of a system and excitation propagation rate in alloys. A possibility to calculate the restitution coefficient and hardening curves of materials taking into consideration the strain rate, is shown. Comparison of calculated and experimental data is carried out.
