Punch Strain-Energy Parameters and Durability in Pressing-out of Box-like Parts

Mathematical models of backward pressing-out processes including the friction forces action are developed, which allow the strain parameters of the process to be determined with the use of the energy method. A technique is developed to estimate the punch durability under pressing-out with allowance for misalignment loading.
