Movement of Elastic Solar Sail Along Geocentric Orbit in Central Gravitational Field

The movement of a spacecraft with an elastic solar sail along a geocentric orbit in the central gravitational field is examined considering the elasticity of the reflecting surface. Consistent problems of elasticity and ballistics are investigated for a large-sized two-blade structure of the solar sail with the blades located in the same plane and directed along the same axis. This structure is controlled according to the "law of half the angular rate". The influence of elastic strains of the sail structure on a trajectory of the spacecraft movement is shown.
