A mathematical model is given for calculation of non-stationary processes of fluid dynamics and heat exchange in the pneumatic system for temperature stabilization. The computation approach is considered which is based on the contemporary methods of computer-aided design. Results of the numerical study of heat transition processes in individual elements of the system are presented.
