The process of the weak shock wave pass through the thin flexible shield is analyzed theoretically and compared to the numerical solution for the air wave of some finite intensity. The application range for the analytical relations is set up. Expressions for scale factors, providing the use of acoustic approach to waves of the moderate intensity in air and water, are derived.
