Possibility to design the on-board system for rendering harmless the liquid toxic components of rocket propellant in the separating part of rocket carrier

Problems of neutralization of the propellant toxic component rests in the tanks of rocket parts separating on the flight trajectory passive section are considered. The results of theoretical and experimental research of thermal-chemical neutralization are presented.
